Be mindful of the important dates for academic year Fall 2024 and Spring 2025

Fall 2024 Move-In Dates

All students will need to complete the check in process prior to moving into their residential community. 

• Saturday, August 10 – Community Advisors (CAs) & Resident Advisors (RAs)
  • Location: Bantam Network Office, Admissions Ground Floor from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Friday, August 16 – P.R.I.D.E. Leaders, Cultural House Coordinators, Summit-to-Success Mentors, Student Admissions Associates, Student Recruitment Ambassadors, & QUEST Leaders
  • QUEST Leaders: Please check with Kevin and Quin to confirm your move-in date
    • Location: Bantam Network Office, Admissions Ground Floor from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Sunday, August 18 – International Student Mentors, Admissions Student Staff, S2S & QUEST 7-Day experience participants
  • Location: Austin Arts Center Lobby from 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

• Monday, August 19 – Incoming International Students & Fall Athletes (Cross Country, Field Hockey, Soccer, & Volleyball)
  • Fall Athletes: Please check with your coach to confirm your move-in date
    • Location: Austin Arts Center Lobby from 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Tuesday, August 20 – Incoming International Students, Fall Athletes (Football), Orientation Leaders, FYSM Mentors, & Nest Fellows
  • Fall Athletes: Please check with your coach to confirm your move-in date
    • Location: Austin Arts Center Lobby from 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Friday, August 23 – P.R.I.D.E. Welcome Weekend Participants, Sustainable Trinity Sustainable Hartford Mentors, & QUEST Leaders
  • QUEST Leaders: Please check with Kevin and Quin to confirm your move-in date
    • Location: Austin Arts Center Lobby from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Saturday, August 24 – P.R.I.D.E. Welcome Weekend Participants, Career and Life Design Mentors, Venture Mentors, & Trinity F1RST Mentors
  • Location: Austin Arts Center Lobby from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Sunday, August 25 – New Student Move-In including Transfer Students
  • Location: Koeppel Community Sports Center, 175 New Britain Ave, Hartford, CT 06114 from 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

• Monday, August 26 – Building Better Bantams Mentors
  • Location: Bantam Network Office, Admissions Ground Floor from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Tuesday, August 27 – Chapel Singers
  • • Location: Bantam Network Office, Admissions Ground Floor from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Wednesday, August 28 – Hartford is Home Mentors
  • Location: Bantam Network Office, Admissions Ground Floor from 9:00 a.m–5:00 p.m.

• Saturday, August 31 – Returning Students including off-campus and commuter students
  • Location: Austin Arts Center Lobby from 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Sunday, September 1 – Returning Students including off-campus and commuter students
  • Location: Austin Arts Center Lobby from 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Monday, September 2 – Late Arrivals (Returning Students)
  • Location: Austin Arts Center Lobby from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Spring 2025 Move-In Dates

All students will need to complete the check in process prior to moving into their residential community. 

• Saturday, January 18 – Returning Students including off-campus and commuter students
  • Location: Washington Room, Second Floor from 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Sunday, January 19 – Returning Students including off-campus and commuter students
  • Location: Washington Room, Second Floor from 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Early move-in will NOT be permitted unless granted approval. Students who arrive early without approval will be asked to make alternate arrangements.
